About: Four Seasons Jackson Hole is a mountain resort located at the base of the Teton Mountains in Teton Village.
Rooms: Four Seasons perfects a sense of place with their rustic luxury accommodations. What I love about their rooming options is that if you are here for a quick weekend, you can get a spacious room or suite. However, if you plan to have a longer vacation, you can stay in one of their residences, with up to 5 bedrooms, so you can feel right at home. I strongly recommend getting a Mountain View room. You came to Jackson Hole for the majestic and towering Tetons, so make sure you maximize your viewing pleasure by treating yourself to the best view. I promise you will be grateful you did!
Pool/Gym: Their pool is truly incredible. It’s an outdoor heated pool open year round. Your surroundings are the snow capped mountains and a rustic feel around the pool deck. They provide heated robes and towels during the colder months, so as you exit the pool with the steam rolling off of the water, you can warm up quickly. The gym is a state of the art facility with certified trainers and studio classes.
Restaurants: The Westbank Grill is a mountain steakhouse and served me one of the best meals of my life. I had the Seabass and the Kobe Wagyu New York Strip cooked on an 1,800 degree infrared grill. It all melted in our mouths. The Handle Bar is a great spot to grab a lunch and a drink and stare at the mountain scenery from your seat. They serve up American pub style food and this is where the scene is in Teton Village.
Vibe: Casual Western
Spa: The spa is a definite gem for this Four Seasons. It should be since its 11,684 square feet. Every room is warm and inviting, with warm hues and healthy snack and amenities for guests. This is a perfect stop after a long hike or a day out on the slopes. Cozy up next to the fireplace with a book and sip on some delicious herbal tea.
Kids: Your kids won’t want to leave this place! They have a Kids’ Ranch childcare facility, kids programming which includes loads of activities for the young ones. From ski and snowboard instructing to mountaineering and environmental awareness programs, your kids will have lots to do.And since the resort is next to Grand Teton National Park and a short drive to Yellowstone National Park, you all will be smack dab in the middle of nature’s own playground.
Wheelchair Accessibility: This is an accessible hotel. They offer valley view and mountain view accessible guest rooms. The restaurant, fitness facility, business center, meeting rooms and ball room are accessible. Service dogs are welcome too! Book well in advance to guarantee an accessible room.
Why you should go: Of course the naturally gorgeous location of the resort is of great appeal. The resort itself is ski-in and ski-out, is at the base of the mountains giving it the best views, and is in the middle of the fun action in Teton Village.
Tips: Book a private wildlife safari to increase your chances of seeing the wildlife you came out here to see.
